At VetMedi.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in a resalable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
